The trend is for environmentally friendly buildings assessed to raise prices and rents office space."Some developers are already aware of the need to reduce global warming. Environmentally friendly office building also much in demand by foreign companies of the country is required to have an eco-friendly office space," he said.Good said the challenge of the concept of environmentally friendly buildings today is how to maintain the aspect developer-friendly environment, that is, after the project has started running.
